Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive | Kolkata

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with 23 years of agency experience to join our team in Kolkata.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms, with a strong focus on performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

Monitor performance metrics like CPL, CPA, ROI, and drive improvements

Conduct audience targeting, keyword research & A/B testing

Allocate and manage campaign budgets effectively

Analyze data and share actionable performance insights

Collaborate with creative and content teams for campaign execution

Requirements:

23 years of experience in performance marketing (agency experience preferred)

Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Familiarity with Google Analytics and tracking tools

Good communication skills

Good to Have:

Experience with Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, etc.

Understanding of SEO basics

Experience handling multiple client accounts
