Performance marketer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer based in Puducherry. The Performance Marketer is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven marketing campaigns across various platforms. Responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, identifying insights, and implementing strategies to improve ROI. The Performance Marketer will work collaboratively with the team to develop campaigns that align with organizational goals and drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Min Exp: 1.5 Years

• Expertise in Performance Marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising tools
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, campaign reporting, and deriving actionable insights
• Proficiency in SEO, keyword research, and digital campaign optimization techniques
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and ROI improvement strategies
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including audience segmentation and retargeting
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
