Performance Marketer

We are seeking a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimise digital advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

1-Plan and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

2-Generate quality leads and optimise campaigns for better performance.

3-Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS and conversions.

4-Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimisation.

5-Analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports.

6-Work closely with the marketing team to achieve lead generation goals.

Preferred Skills:

1-Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

2-Experience in performance marketing and lead generation campaigns.

3-ROAS-driven mindset with focus on results.

4-Ability to analyse campaign performance and optimise ads.
