Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Own strategy and execution of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads
- Plan, manage, and optimize high-budget campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS, CAC, CPL, and revenue growth
- Build and optimize full-funnel paid strategies (acquisition, retargeting, and conversion)
- Continuously test creatives, audience segments, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve performance
- Oversee tracking infrastructure including Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion APIs, to ensure accurate event tracking and attribution
- Collaborate closely with creative and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
