Position Overview:


We are looking for a highly execution-focused Performance Marketer to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth for Firefly.

This role will own Firefly's performance marketing efforts across Meta, Google, and YouTube, managing campaigns end-to-end with a strong focus on scaling qualified leads, store appointments, and online revenue while maintaining marketing efficiency.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on campaign execution and has experience working with fast-growing D2C or new-age consumer brands.

This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Marketing Head & Co-Founder and offers the opportunity to play a key role in scaling one of India's fastest-growing premium lab-grown diamond jewellery brands.


Performance Marketing & Growth


  • Own Firefly's paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, and YouTube.
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, and conversion funnels.
  • Drive lead generation, store appointment bookings, website conversions, and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize monthly advertising budgets of approximately 10 lakh.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and lead quality.
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability and acquisition efficiency.
  • Build audience strategies across cold, warm, and retargeting segments.
  • Identify growth opportunities through testing, experimentation, and performance analysis.


Analytics & Reporting


  • Analyze campaign performance, attribution, customer journeys, and funnel metrics.
  • Build actionable insights from campaign and business data.
  • Create weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Track and optimize key metrics across the acquisition funnel.
  • Work with GA4, Shopify, and Zoho CRM to measure marketing effectiveness and customer behavior.


Landing Pages & Conversion Optimization


  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
  • Identify bottlenecks within the customer journey and recommend improvements.
  • Execute A/B tests across creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages.
  • Drive continuous optimization of customer acquisition funnels.


Creative Collaboration


  • Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Provide clear feedback based on performance data and audience insights.
  • Help build creative testing frameworks that improve campaign efficiency and scale.
  • Stay updated on platform trends and emerging ad formats.
