Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role located in Hyderabad. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for creating and managing targeted marketing campaigns, optimizing digital ad performance, and using analytics to refine strategies. Responsibilities include running A/B tests, managing paid advertising budgets, collaborating on content creation, and identifying growth opportunities aligned with organizational goals. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable results.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Digital Marketing strategies such as paid ads, campaign management, Social Media Management, and growth analytics.
• Knowledge in performance marketing tools, A/B testing, and tracking metrics to drive effective campaign optimization.
• Strong skills in Content Creation, Campaign Design, and marketing strategy formulation.
• Experience with data analysis, audience targeting techniques, and allocating marketing budgets efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and clients.
• Background in marketing, advertising, or a relevant field; prior experience in the education sector is a plus.
