Performance Marketer

Digi Aansh is a growing brand consulting and digital marketing company working with diverse brands across e-commerce, branding, advertising, and digital growth. We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Performance Marketer to join our team in Dehradun.

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms
• Manage lead generation, e-commerce, and brand awareness campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion metrics
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign strategy planning
• Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad creatives and landing pages
• Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance
• Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights
• Manage budgets efficiently and scale campaigns strategically
• Stay updated with latest trends in performance marketing and paid advertising

• 13 years of experience in Performance Marketing
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Experience with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns preferred
• Knowledge of Pixel setup, conversion tracking, and analytics tools
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
• Candidates from Dehradun will be given preference
