About the Role

We are looking for a result-driven Performance Marketer who understands how to turn ad spend into measurable business growth. This role requires someone who can not only run campaigns but also strategize, communicate with clients, and drive ROI-focused decisions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads & Google Ads
  • Drive performance for lead generation, e-commerce sales, and brand growth
  • Take client meetings independently, explain strategies, and present reports
  • Monitor and improve ROAS, CPL, CAC, and conversion rates
  • Build and test funnel strategies (landing pages, creatives, audiences)
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights & scaling strategies
  • Work closely with creative & content teams for high-performing ad creatives
  • Maintain clear reporting dashboards and performance tracking systems



Requirements

  • Proven experience in performance marketing (25 years)
  • Strong communication skills able to handle client calls & presentations confidently
  • Hands-on expertise in:
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve strong ROAS and lead quality benchmarks
  • Experience working with D2C brands, schools, or real estate clients
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Funnel building
  • Audience targeting & retargeting
  • A/B testing and scaling campaigns
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards

Must-Have Proof

  • A strong portfolio of campaigns
  • Case studies showcasing results (ROAS, revenue, CPL improvements, scaling campaigns)
  • Examples of client handling and strategy execution

Bonus Points

  • Experience managing monthly ad budgets (1L10L+)
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization & CRO
  • Exposure to tools like Shopify, CRM systems, Zapier, or automation tools
