Performance Marketer

Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who thrives on data, speed, and measurable impact. This role is ideal for someone who understands the science behind digital campaigns and the art of optimizing them for growth.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling paid marketing campaigns across platforms while continuously improving ROI, customer acquisition, and conversion performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising), TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels
• Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI and minimize CPA
• Perform A/B testing across creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve performance
• Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to drive decision-making
• Track and report key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-converting creatives
• Implement tracking systems (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, pixels, etc.)
• Optimize landing pages and funnels for better conversion rates
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices globally

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising), TikTok Ads, and analytics tools
• Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns globally
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and funnel optimization
• Understanding of SEO, CRO, and basic marketing automation is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
