About the RoleWe are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer who can own and scale our paid acquisition channels while also strengthening our organic presence. This role requires hands-on expertise across paid media platforms and SEO, with a strong focus on ROI-driven campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns acrossMeta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage end-to-end funnel performance: from ad creatives to conversion tracking
- Continuously improveCAC, ROAS, and lead quality
- Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO optimization
- Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing efforts
- Set up and monitor tracking systems (Google Analytics, Pixel, GTM, etc.)
- Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights
- 23 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong expertise in:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- LinkedIn Ads
- SEO (technical + content-driven)
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance metrics
- Ability to manage budgets efficiently and scale campaigns
- Experience with marketing tools (GA4, GTM, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Experience inEdTech or online education industry
