Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Manager / Senior Manager to lead digital acquisition, performance marketing, marketing automation, and CRM-driven lead generation for our residential real estate projects.
Key Requirements:
510 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, Lead Generation & Conversion Optimisation
Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation, CRM Integration, WhatsApp Automation & Lead Nurturing Workflows
Experience managing large advertising budgets and agency partners
Real Estate experience preferred
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the complete customer journey from Lead Qualified Lead Site Visit Booking, with a focus on improving lead quality, conversions, and marketing ROI.
Immediate Joiners Preferred
