About the Role

This role is ideal for candidates coming from either of these backgrounds:

Option 1: Performance Marketing Specialist

You have strong hands-on experience running and scaling campaigns across:

• Meta Ads
• Google Ads
• Programmatic platforms
• Performance analytics and attribution

OR

Option 2: Organic Growth Specialist

You have strong expertise in:

• SEO
• ASO (App Store Optimization)
• Organic growth strategy
• Search visibility and ranking optimisation
• Content and keyword-driven acquisition

What Youll Do

• Plan, execute, and optimise growth campaigns across paid and/or organic channels.
• Work closely with AI and product teams to build smarter marketing automation systems.
• Manage end-to-end growth funnels awareness, acquisition, retention, and conversion.
• Conduct A/B testing, performance analysis, and growth experiments.
• Work with enterprise and high-growth brands across E-commerce, BFSI, Retail, Travel, and more.
• Translate campaign insights into scalable product and automation intelligence.

What Were Looking For

We are open to candidates with expertise in either Paid Performance Marketing OR Organic Growth.

Preferred Skillsets:

• Strong understanding of Meta Ads / Google Ads / Programmatic

OR

• Strong understanding of SEO / ASO / Organic Growth

Additional qualities:

• Data-first mindset with strong analytical thinking
• Familiarity with AI tools and modern MarTech stacks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
