Performance Copywriter

About the Role

Mentor Match is looking for a Performance Copywriter to craft high-converting ad copy across Google, Meta, and other digital channels. You'll write scroll-stopping, results-driven copy that drives tutor sign-ups and parent/student enrollments across our IGCSE, British, American, IB, and CBSE curricula.

What You'll Do

• Write and test ad copy (headlines, primary text, CTAs) for Meta, Google, and affiliate campaigns
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team to align copy with campaign goals and audience segments
• A/B test messaging to optimize CTR, conversion, and cost-per-acquisition
• Adapt tone and messaging for different audiences (parents, students, tutors) and markets (UAE, India)
• Write landing page copy, email campaigns, and social ad creatives
• Stay on top of trends in performance marketing and edtech messaging
