We are a 50+ member superstar team, who've helped a global community of 1000s of Indians transform how they look, feel and function in their daily lives.

We are building a superstar marketing team that will drive all our brand awareness and lead generation efforts in reaching Indians around the world who are looking for high-quality, expert guidance in their fitness journeys. This is tied to our larger goal of spreading awareness about the need for sustainable fitness and nutrition thats practical and relatable!


What this role is about

The Quad runs paid ads across Meta and Google, and is actively building its LinkedIn presence. You will own the creative for these ads both video and static. You'll work closely with our external performance marketing agency, which will run these ads, but you need to work with them to understand what works, what doesn't, and what needs to change. Alongside this, you will own The Quad's LinkedIn page a channel we're actively looking to grow.


What you'll be doing

  • Thinking deeply about why an ad exists, what problem it's solving, and what you're trying to achieve before a single frame is created
  • Creating ad content scripting, shoot direction, edit notes for always-on and campaign-specific ads
  • Repurposing Instagram content for ads where relevant
  • Working closely with the external performance marketing agency briefing them clearly, reviewing their recommendations, and holding them accountable to results
  • Working with external videography, editing, and design teams for creative
  • Handling basic design and editing yourself when needed
  • Regularly review performance numbers and use them to inform what you create next
  • Building The Quad's LinkedIn presence 2-3 posts a week


What we're looking for

Must-haves

  • Strong writing skills sharp, specific copy with a point of view, for both ads and LinkedIn
  • A deep understanding of what makes an ad creative work hook, format, CTA, and why each of those things matters
  • Design skills Canva is fine, but you should be able to put together a polished creative without needing a designer every time
  • Basic video editing you won't be cutting everything, but simple edits should not need to go to an external editor
  • Comfortable on camera and on set you'll be shooting content yourself and coordinating with our external videography team for bigger shoots
  • Hands-on exposure to Meta and Google Ads you need to understand how content performs on paid channels
  • Data-literate you should be able to read performance data and translate it into creative decisions

  • Experience working with or alongside an external agency
