Job Description

Our client is seeking a People Operations Workday Specialist to join our growing Global Shared Services team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who balances technical Workday expertise with a passion for a seamless employee experience. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our operations, ensuring that as our client grows, our processes remain lean, accurate, and agile.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Global Data Stewardship: Drive the end-to-end execution of global Workday data transactions, ensuring high-integrity data management across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Build complex Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards to provide leadership with actionable, data-driven insights.
  • Operational Governance: Act as the teams Quality Auditor. Develop and maintain rigorous audit frameworks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure 100% data accuracy and compliance.
  • Operational Excellence : Serve as the People Operations champion who understands Workday and can enable workday reports for the rest of the People team.
  • Technical Support & UAT: Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and new feature deployments.You should be able to think critically and build the right test scenarios for testing. Execute high-impact EIB loads and one-time payment cycles.
  • Process Optimization & Automation: Identify systemic gaps and manual bottlenecks; design and implement automated solutions to enhance scalability.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Consult with People Business Partners, Global Mobility, Benefits, and Talent Dev to transition new processes into Shared Services, defining clear SLAs and success metrics.
  • Service Excellence: Manage inquiries via ServiceNow, providing a high-touch, "white-glove" experience for employees while maintaining strict PII confidentiality.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in HR Operations or HRIS, specifically within a high-growth technology environment.
  • Deep expertise in Workday HCM, including advanced Report Writing, EIBs, Calculated Fields, and Business Processes.
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Proven track record in Quality Management Systems (QMS), including corrective/preventative actions and internal audits.
  • Team player who can operate effectively within a matrix management environment
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Self-motivated and autonomous but unafraid to ask questions and get creative with your solutions and communicate feedback to partners for process efficiency
  • You understand the importance of customer experience and are highly responsive to all inquiries, as well as understanding the sensitivity of confidential (PII) information
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment but are able to stay organized without missing a small detail
  • You know how to prioritize your time and can handle multiple projects at once
  • You enjoy learning new tools and systems and pick them up quickly (we use Greenhouse, DocuSign, Workday, ServiceNow and many more)
