Role: Pega Developer
Location: Pune (Hybrid)
Experience: 35 years & 5+ years
What Youll Do:
- Develop and enhance Pega applications & workflows (BPM)
- Design class structures, data models, and application frameworks
- Build UI components (portals, harnesses, sections, flow actions)
- Work closely with architects & cross-functional teams
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Ensure high-quality, scalable, and responsive applications
What Were Looking For:
- Strong hands-on experience in Pega (Pega 8.x preferred)
- Expertise in flows, data transforms, activities
- Experience with Pega Customer Service Framework
- Pega CSA (Certified System Architect) certification
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
