About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive PEB Civil Engineer to join our team. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structures and be capable of handling site execution, coordination, structural understanding, and project monitoring activities.

The ideal candidate should be technically strong, street-smart, and capable of managing day-to-day civil and PEB-related operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end execution of PEB structure projects
• Supervise civil and structural works at site
• Coordinate with vendors, fabrication teams, and contractors
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards
• Understand and review PEB drawings, BOQ, and structural layouts
• Ensure proper material planning and site management
• Work closely with procurement and operations teams
• Prepare daily progress reports and project updates
• Ensure timely completion of projects within deadlines
• Solve on-site technical and execution-related issues

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of PEB structures and steel buildings
• Understanding of structural drawings and fabrication processes
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic structural software
• Site execution and project coordination skills
• Strong communication and reporting abilities
• Ability to manage manpower and contractors
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of construction safety standards
• Kannada language is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

• B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience in PEB, industrial sheds, warehouses, or steel structure projects preferred
