PCB Technician

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Microelectronics Technician to support the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic systems and PCB assemblies used in UAV and embedded hardware platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform PCB assembly (SMT & through-hole components)
• Carry out soldering, de-soldering, and rework activities
• Execute micro-soldering on fine-pitch components (QFN, BGA, etc.)
• Conduct:
• Functional testing
• Continuity and voltage checks
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic faults at board and component level
• Use test equipment:
• Oscilloscope
• Multimeter
• Hot air station
• Interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and technical drawings

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
• Hands-on experience in:
• PCB assembly and repair
• Electronics testing and troubleshooting
• Strong soldering and micro-soldering skills
• Familiarity with:
• Test equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, etc.)
• PCB tools / design software (Altium, AutoCAD plus)
• Knowledge of ESD handling and lab protocols
• Good attention to detail and documentation skills
