PCB Design Engineer

Were Hiring: PCB Design Engineer (High-Speed Design)

Location: Bangalore (Immediate Requirement)

Are you passionate about high-speed PCB design and cutting-edge hardware development? We are looking for an experienced PCB Design Engineer to join our team and work on advanced, high-density designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-density PCBs (20+ layers) using ECAD tools like Cadence Allegro & Specctra Router
• Work on high-speed designs involving PCIe Gen3, Gen4, and Gen5
• Implement advanced technologies such as HDI, Fine Pitch Pin Fields, and High IO count
• Ensure Signal Integrity (SI) and minimize EMI/EMC issues
• Address EMC and safety compliance requirements
• Define PCB stack-ups, material selection, and fabrication processes
• Generate complete fabrication & assembly documentation (Gerber files, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance
• Develop scripts/tools (csh, Allegro scripts) to improve design efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering
• 710 years of experience in PCB design
• Strong expertise in Cadence Allegro & Specctra Router
• Hands-on experience with high-speed PCB design & PCIe (Gen3/Gen4/Gen5)
• Solid understanding of Signal Integrity, EMC, and safety standards
• Experience with HDI and complex multi-layer boards (20+ layers)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
