We at Coforge are hiring P&C Insurance Project Manager for Greater Noida location.

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery of software initiatives using Microsoft technologies (.NET, Azure, SQL Server, Power Platform).
• Candidate should have experience working on fixedprice projects & Managed Services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders in the P&C Insurance domain to define project scope, requirements, and success criteria.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between technical teams and business objectives.
• Oversee development, testing, deployment, and support of insurance applications (policy, billing, claims, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, data privacy norms, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive integration efforts with thirdparty systems such as Duck Creek, Guidewire, and other InsurTech platforms.
• Monitor project KPIs, risks, and budgets, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the P&C Insurance domain.
• Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft stack: .NET/C#, ASP.NET Core, Azure Services, SQL Server, Power BI & Power Platform.
• Must have a good experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines & Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with insurance platforms such as Duck Creek, Guidewire, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management & leadership skills.
