Payroll Specialist

At Network Intelligence, we're looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Payroll Specialist to ensure seamless payroll operations across a dynamic and growing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end monthly payroll processing

Attendance, leave, and payroll input validation

Payroll reconciliation for onboarding, exits, and employee movements

Processing variable pay, bonuses, and full & final settlements

Managing employee payroll queries and taxation concerns

Statutory compliance, TDS, and payroll reporting

Coordination with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors

Payroll analytics, MIS reporting, and audit support

Driving payroll automation and process improvements

What We're Looking For:

612 years of payroll, compensation, or HR operations experience

Strong understanding of payroll compliance, taxation, and labour regulations

Hands-on experience with HRMS, payroll systems, and statutory reporting

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for payroll calculations and reconciliations

Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality

Ability to work collaboratively across HR, Finance, and Operations teams
