About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations with accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee data management, and coordination with HR & Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing for employees on a monthly basis
• Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, and final settlements
• Maintain payroll records, attendance data, leave records, and employee master data
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and Labour Laws
• Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams for payroll inputs and reconciliations
• Generate payroll reports, MIS reports, and salary statements
• Manage employee queries related to salary, taxation, and payroll discrepancies
• Support audits and ensure proper documentation of payroll processes
• Handle Full & Final settlement and employee exit formalities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field
• 24 years of experience in payroll processing
• Good knowledge of payroll software and MS Excel
• Understanding of statutory compliances and payroll taxation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the real estate or Construction industry is an added advantage
• Familiarity with HRMS/ERP systems
• GreytHR experience is preferred
• Proficient with MS Office
