Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Specialist, based in Dindigul. The Payroll Specialist will manage and execute payroll processes, handle payroll taxes, coordinate garnishments, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Additional responsibilities include preparing payroll reports, resolving discrepancies, and responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing
• Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and compliance
• Familiarity with Payroll Services and relevant software/tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
