Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced Payroll SME / Consultant to support a global payroll transition project across EMEA and APAC regions.
The role involves reviewing, standardizing, and transitioning payroll processes to a centralized payroll team in India, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and process efficiency.
Countries in Scope
- EMEA: UK, Ireland, Italy, France, Netherlands, UAE
- APAC: Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, Korea, India
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in global payroll operations (EMEA & APAC)
- Hands-on experience with ADP Celergo platform
- Deep understanding of country-specific payroll regulations and tax compliance
Experience in:
- Payroll transitions / migrations
- SOP creation and process standardization
- Knowledge transfer and training
