Job Title: Payroll SME / Consultant APAC & EMEA Transition (ADP Celergo)

Location: Mumbai (Onsite 45 days/week)

Duration: 56 Months Contract

Project Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payroll SME / Consultant to support a global payroll transition project across EMEA and APAC regions.

The role involves reviewing, standardizing, and transitioning payroll processes to a centralized payroll team in India, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and process efficiency.


Countries in Scope

  • EMEA: UK, Ireland, Italy, France, Netherlands, UAE
  • APAC: Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, Korea, India


Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in global payroll operations (EMEA & APAC)
  • Hands-on experience with ADP Celergo platform
  • Deep understanding of country-specific payroll regulations and tax compliance

Experience in:

  • Payroll transitions / migrations
  • SOP creation and process standardization
  • Knowledge transfer and training
