Your work profile

As an Assistant Manager Payroll & Compliance, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations for MENA Region, ensuring statutory compliance, handling audits, and driving process improvements. You will act as a key stakeholder between HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations for assigned MENA Countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Process payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, variable payments, and statutory adjustments.
• Coordinate with in-country partners and vendors to validate payroll results and reports.
• Conduct thorough payroll reconciliations and ensure issue-free signoffs.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be from a payroll background with 2-3 years of experience in MENA countries like the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Qatar or Egypt.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Desired/Preferred expertise: Experience in ADP Celergo is must
• Collaborate with stakeholders and the payroll team for any queries.
• Confident and Flexible enough to meet team requirements. Individual contributor.

Key skills required:

• Graduation is must (BA/BCOM/BAF/BBA or any other equivalent qualification)
• 5-8 years of experience in Payroll.
• Strong hands-on experience in MENA Region Countries like UAE, Saudi Arabi, Dubai, Qatar or Egypt payroll and statutory compliance.
• Mandatory- Experience in ADP Celergo is must
