Job Title: Payroll Manager

Location: Noida, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll processing for 1000+ employees with high accuracy and timeliness
• Oversee APAC payroll operations and ensure compliance with local regulations
• Handle payroll reconciliation, MIS reporting, and analytics
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors
• Manage statutory compliance, tax deductions, audits, FNF, and benefits processing
• Resolve payroll queries and drive process improvements/automation

Requirements:

• 7+ years of payroll experience managing large workforce payroll
• Strong exposure to APAC payroll (Finland payroll experience is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/payroll systems and advanced Excel
