  • Perform UAT planning/support, production validation, release notes, and stakeholder training/documentation to drive sustained adoption.
  • Communicate progress and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders (what changed, impact, risks/controls, next steps).
  • Apply analytics techniques for anomaly detection, variance driver analysis, and forecast input validation, leveraging approved tooling and governed datasets.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related quantitative discipline.

  • 4+ years of experience in BI development, data analytics, automation.

  • Advanced Python + SQL (data transformation, automation, performance tuning, robust error handling).

  • Hands-on experience delivering solutions with Databricks

  • Proven ability to translate FP&A/business problems into repeatable automated workflows with measurable efficiency gains.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to explain logic, assumptions, and controls.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience rationalizing report inventories (consolidation, standard definitions, adoption tracking).

  • Familiarity with data governance concepts (access controls, sensitivity handling, metric definitions, lineage/runbooks).
