Pattern Master (Made to Measure Specialist)

Tilfi is a luxury brand working with handcrafted textiles and apparel.

We are looking for a Pattern Master who is a Made-to-Measure Specialist who can read client measurements and create well-fitted garments, especially Indian wear like blouses, lehengas, anarkalis, jackets, sadris and shevanis.

Key Responsibilities

• Take accurate client measurements (if needed)
• Create custom patterns based on individual measurements (menswear and womenswear)
• Grading of existing patterns to custom individual sizes
• Handle fittings and make necessary corrections
• Develop well-fitted garments for blouses, lehengas, anarkalis, kurtas, jackets, shervani, sadri etc.
• Ensure proper fit, comfort, and finish
• Work closely with tailors to ensure high quality stitching and finishing
• Check final garments for fit and quality before delivery
• Manage disciple and workflow in the workshop

Requirements

• 510+ years of experience in pattern making (Indian couture or made-to-measure)
• Strong experience in Indian wear (blouses, lehengas, anarkalis, etc.)
• Good understanding of body measurements and fitting
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple orders and timelines
• Comfortable interacting with clients during fittings
