We are Hiring Patient Concierge Executive

Location: Chennai (Work from Hospital Location)

Salary: 25,000 + Performance-Based Incentives

We are looking for a smart, professional, and patient-friendly individual to work as a Patient Concierge Executive at our partner hospital in Chennai.

Role Responsibilities:

• Act as the point of coordination for assigned patients
• Assist patients and attendants throughout their hospital journey
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and hospital departments
• Support admissions, appointments, consultations, and discharge processes
• Help patients with guidance, counselling coordination, and service assistance
• Ensure a smooth and comfortable patient experience inside the hospital

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and behaviour
• Ability to handle patients empathetically and calmly
• English, Hindi, and Tamil speaking preferred
• Experience in hospital, hospitality, customer service, or patient handling is a plus
