Mediclear Labs is looking for an experienced, full-timeConsultant Pathologistto join our state-of-the-art diagnostic unit in Jagadhri. This role is strictly on-site and deals with a high workload. The ideal candidate must be highly competent in managing lab operations and fully versed in NABL compliance.

• Report Verification:Accurately review and sign off on a high daily volume of pathology, biochemistry, and hematology reports.
• NABL Compliance:Implement, manage, and audit all protocols to ensure the laboratory is fully compliant with NABL regulations.
• Quality Control:Monitor daily internal QC, run EQAS, and ensure precision across all testing machines.
• Specialized Reporting:Perform and report on FNAC, cytology, and peripheral blood smears.
• Team Supervision:Guide and manage the senior technician team.

• Education:MD or DNB in Pathology (MCI/NMC registered).
• Experience:3+ years of post-qualification experience in a high-volume diagnostic laboratory.
• NABL Expertise:Mandatory knowledge of NABL guidelines, documentation, and audit preparation.
• Availability:Ready for a full-time, daily on-site role in Jagadhri.
