Role Description

SkillTyro is seeking for 2 motivated professionals for a full-time Partnerships & Placements role based on-site in Kerala & Maharashtra. The role involves identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic partnerships to drive growth and placement opportunities. Key responsibilities include researching potential partners, nurturing professional relationships, coordinating placement activities, and contributing to the overall strategic plan to ensure successful collaborations and career outcomes for learners.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in establishing and managing Partnerships.
• Excellent Communication skills for networking, negotiations, and stakeholder engagement.
• Expertise to identify opportunities, and achieve placement goals.
• Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate partnerships and placement opportunities effectively.
• A proactive approach, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Knowledge of the healthcare, education and upskilling industry

Compensation: Upto 6 LPA + incentives
