Role Overview:


As a Customer Support Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them resolve queries through email and live chat. This opportunity is well-suited for freshers who want to gain practical experience in customer service while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via email and live chat in a timely and professional manner

Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience

Work closely with the support team to meet performance and service goals
