Educational Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech (Mechanical / Production / Automotive / Design)

Technical Skills:

• Paint Shop Tool and Hanger Design
• Knowledge of Painting process
• Knowledge of Sealant, chemicals and consumables
• Knowledge of tools and guns for painting
• Knowledge of Various Automotive Standards

Tool Skills:

• Catia V5
• NX
• AutoCAD
• MS Projects

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs

• Paint Shop layout
• Cycle time study
• Define Process flow and Documentation
• BOM
• Workstation design
• Layout flow and simulation
• Concept Design
• Technical Specification
• Time estimations
• Cost target adherence

Job Responsibilities:

• Paint Shop Process Planning
• Quality Checks as per Standards
• Deliverable sign-off
• Process Planning and layout reviews with Customer
