Role Description The Packaging Designer Junior will support the design and development of packaging for Ace Blends nutrition products in alignment with brand guidelines and product requirements. Day-to-day tasks include creating packaging concepts, refining existing designs, preparing print-ready files, and collaborating with product, marketing, and production teams to ensure designs are practical, on-brand, and compliant with regulatory and manufacturing standards. The role involves working on layout, typography, color schemes, and visual hierarchy to ensure clear communication of product information and a premium customer experience at retail and online. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring close coordination with cross-functional stakeholders and timely execution of design projects.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Packaging Design and Product Design, with an understanding of materials, structures, and production processes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Branding and Graphic Design to create visually consistent, market-ready packaging aligned with Ace Blends identity.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography, with the ability to create clear, readable, and aesthetically pleasing information layouts.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with print and pre-press requirements.
• Detail-oriented mindset, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Relevant education in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; prior internship or junior-level experience in packaging or FMCG design is an advantage.
• Interest in nutrition, wellness, and consumer products, with a willingness to learn about regulatory labeling standards and sustainable packaging practices.
