Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Throughout the day, the engineer collaborates with various teams to align technical solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and seamless operation within the application environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records of system updates.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Node.js, Angular, Python (Programming Language).
- Strong understanding of cloud-based application architectures and deployment models.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Familiarity with low-code or no-code platforms to accelerate application customization.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify and resolve issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
