Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or software as a service solutions. This role includes managing the configuration, integration, and release processes to ensure seamless delivery. The position requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive the evolution of the solution and ensure it meets organizational needs is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to establish best practices and standards for packaged and software as a service solutions.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and release management processes.
- Experience in managing configuration and integration of packaged or software as a service solutions.
- Ability to define and enforce platform standards to maintain system stability and performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges across multiple teams.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to guide teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
