Job Description

Role Summary:


We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who combines strong people skills with on-ground sales execution.

You will be the face of Dr. Doodley in the field, responsible for driving customer acquisition, building partnerships, and ensuring a seamless brand experience across all interactions. If you enjoy meeting people, being on the move, and creating meaningful customer relationships, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Field Sales & Business Development

Generate new leads through on-ground activities, referrals, and local outreach

Build relationships with pet parents, pet stores, societies, and local communities

Promote Dr. Doodley services including home visits, clinic services

Drive conversions and achieve monthly sales targets

Identify new partnership opportunities

Conduct field visits and follow-ups to close leads effectively

The role includes accompanying doctors during field visits, with company-arranged cab transportation provided for all such movements


Customer Experience & Brand Representation :


Act as the face and voice of the brand in all customer interactions

Build trust-based relationships with customers through clear and empathetic communication

Ensure consistent brand experience across Field interactions, Clinic coordination, Customer experience

Post-service follow-ups

Identify opportunities to create wow experiences for customers

Collect feedback and share insights for service improvement

Coordinate between customers and clinic teams for appointments and services

Assist customers with service understanding, pricing, and bookings

Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers into the system

Support walk-ins and conversions at clinics when required


Home Visit & On-Ground Support :

Coordinate and support home visit services

Guide customers through service processes during field interactions

Ensure smooth execution of scheduled visits

Collect real-time feedback and service insights from customers


Operational Support :

Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and conversions

Update CRM systems regularly with field data and customer details

Track follow-ups and ensure closure of sales opportunities

Share daily/weekly field reports and insights

Flag recurring customer concerns or service gaps
