Job Description for Outreach Manager

Execute PR and outreach strategies as directed by the head, outreach at Faridabad campus to increase visibility and draw high-quality student inquiries for admissions.
Lead and manage events such as open houses, seminars, school/college visits, career fairs, presentations, both online and offline.
Maintain positive relationships with target schools, colleges, partners, and prospective students through personal interactions and ongoing engagement efforts.
Gather market intelligence and feedback from students and partners, using insights to optimize campaign approaches and outreach messages.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, admissions, IT) and external agencies (media, partners) for seamless campaign planning, execution, and closure.
Support and maintain a strong social media presence by posting the updates and timely information.
Prepare departmental reports, plan budgets for PR / outreach events, manage databases
