Hectae Analytics and Software Solutions (Haass) is a Freshworks Premium Partner helping businesses across EMEA, APAC, and the United States implement CX and IT service management solutions. We are based in Chennai and work with enterprise clients across the Middle East, Africa, and global markets.

Role: Outbound Sales Intern Location: Perungudi, Chennai (On-site) Duration: 3 Months | Stipend: Rs. 15,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for motivated final-year students and recent graduates to join our sales team as Outbound Sales Interns. In this role, you will support prospecting and outreach efforts for Freshworks products, working directly with our Business Development and Sales teams.

This is a paid internship. Full-time, on-site presence at our Perungudi office is required.

What You'll Do

• Conduct account research to identify and profile target buyers across global markets
• Support outbound outreach via email, phone, and professional networking platforms
• Assist Business Development Representatives and Sales Managers with lead generation
• Work with sales prospecting tools, data enrichment platforms, and CRM software
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system

What We're Looking For

• Final-year students or recent graduates (any discipline)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Genuine interest in B2B SaaS sales and outbound go-to-market
• Ability to commit to full-time, on-site work for the internship duration
