OT Security Engineer

At ICSBit Labs, we understand IEC 62443 and OT Cybersecurity in depth, from defense and offense perspective. Our DNA is OT. We are looking for team members who are addicted to hacking and want to get adrenaline rush in Offensive OT Pentesting. You will part of offensive research group and advisory to dev team.

What's the work ?

1. You will perform intensive tests on industrial systems (PLC, HMI and sensors).
2. You will explore exploitation ofindustrial networks and protocols like Modbus, S7 or DNP3.
3. You want to dig out firmware and look for tricks in the hardware that others miss.
4. You will work with our AI development team to help them understand how to detect real-world attacks on industrial networks.
5. You help set up and run a lab with real industrial equipment to test your theories.
6. You will be the core team to build AI based OT Cybersecurity products.

Who are you ?

1. You don't just find a bug; You've learned exactly why it exists and how to stop it.
2. You don't have to wait for a class to teach you how to hack. You saw a system, read the documentation and figured it out for yourself.
3. You don't mind "sweating" a difficult project. You enjoy the process of trying, failing and trying again until you succeed.
4. You read security studies and whitepapers because you actually care about the field.
5. We care about what you can do, not your degree or list of certifications.

Skill expected ?

1. Vulnerability Research, Network Pentest, Applications Exploitation , Post-Exploitation and Fuzzing.
2. Familiar with industrial hardware (Siemens, Schneider, etc.).
3. Using tools like Ghidra or IDA to reverse the firmware.
4. Deep expertise in Wireshark and packet inspection.
5. Enough Python or C to automate your own tools and scripts.

How do we assess you ?

1. A write-up of an exploit or a bug you found.
2. A link to a GitHub repo or a tool you built.
3. Your LinkedIn Blogs on your research.
4. A description of your home lab or a project where you tried to mix AI with security.
5. A simple CTF at our lab.
