Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced OSS Telecom Solution Designer with strong functional expertise and solid experience in the telecom domain. The candidate should be capable of designing end-to-end OSS solutions and effectively engaging with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead functional solution design for OSS Telecom systems
• Work on Telecom Inventory systems (Logical & GIS-based inventory)
• Provide expertise in:
• Oracle UIM
• Cramer
• Act as a customer-facing solution expert, handling front-end discussions
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs
• Drive solutioning workshops and client interactions
• Ensure alignment of solutions with telecom OSS architecture

Required Skills & Expertise:

Strong functional expertise in OSS Telecom domain

Hands-on experience in:

• Telecom Inventory (Logical)
• GIS-based systems
• Proven experience with:
• Oracle UIM
• Cramer
• Strong solution design capabilities
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills

Key Competencies:

• Customer handling / front-ending experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• 10 years of telecom OSS experience
• Strong functional background with solution design expertise
• Comfortable in customer-facing roles
