What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Order to Cash is the complete process from receiving a customer order to collecting payment. It includes order management, credit management, invoicing, and payment processing. The goal is to ensure efficient and accurate handling of orders and timely collection of revenue. This process helps improve cash flow and customer satisfaction. Effective Order to Cash management is crucial for a companys financial health and operational efficiency keyword includes :- ("Order to Cash","Cash App","Collection & Dispute",Billing, "Deduction") Receive and deposit customer payments, apply cash remittances and credits/ adjustments, maintain bad debt reserves and allowances, prepare Accounts Receivable reporting, and post and reconcile Accounts Receivable activity to the general ledger.
What are we looking for? Archiving, Records Retention and Audit Support • Manage records retention in accordance with policies and practices • Provides internal and external audit support as requested Training, teaming and collaboration • Regularly identify the training needs of the team members, work with the TL and ensure that the required training is provided in a timely manner. • Additionally, ensure that the changes in the process are documented and all members are provided training on such changes • Work closely with all members and TL to ensure that all compliances are met. Develop and follow the tracking mechanism to ensure compliances • Act as a back up to the TL To be responsible for the knowledge transfer in the areas of Systems, applications and activities that follow Manage and Process Open Deduction. Responsible for documentation and changes thereof. Ensure that the necessary guidelines are complied with and necessary documents are maintained as applicable for all day-to-day processes. Play a key role in the team, being the link between the team and TL and ensure that adequate process knowledge is developed and be the first point of contact for all members. Act as a back for the TL.
Roles and Responsibilities: •Manage and process open deductions: • Primary responsibility is to perform coding on deduction created on system • Action and validate on Trade and Non-trade deduction as per exceptions and guidelines • Generate Aged Trial Balance report from system and work on new deduction • Follow up on Invalid deduction • Keep track and comments each deduction line open on customer and escalate on time, if needed • Should know the importance of documentations in place and compliance towards it. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team and follow up until resolution. • Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time and customer satisfaction. • Identify recurring issues and provide inputs for process improvement. • Ensure adherence to company policies, data privacy, and compliance standards. • Contribute to team meetings and training sessions for knowledge sharing • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting. • Flexible to work in shifts • Knowledge of SAP, Oracle and High radius is an added advantage • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. • Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and patience. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM platforms. • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.BCom
