Manage end-to-end Order Management and customer orders.

Process sales orders and quotations accurately.

Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.

Track order status and ensure timely fulfillment.

Resolve order-related queries and escalations.

Maintain data accuracy in ERP/SAP systems .

Support billing, invoicing, and order-to-cash activities.
