Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Middleware Administrator (WebLogic) to manage and support mission-critical enterprise platforms. This role involves end-to-end administration of WebLogic environments, ensuring high availability, performance optimization, and operational stability across production landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer Oracle WebLogic Server (11g/12c/14c) across environments
• Manage WebLogic domains, clusters, Node Manager, and server lifecycle
• Deploy and troubleshoot enterprise applications (EAR/WAR/JAR)
• Configure JDBC, JMS, connection pools, and security realms
• Perform patching, upgrades, migrations, and security hardening
• Monitor JVM performance, analyze thread dumps, heap usage, and logs
• Implement clustering, load balancing, HA/DR strategies
• Manage SSL certificates and security configurations
• Provide L2/L3 support, RCA, and incident management
• Automate tasks using WLST, Shell/Python scripting
• Support CI/CD pipelines and environment consistency

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle WebLogic Administration
• Expertise in domain architecture, clustering, and deployments
• Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
• Experience with Oracle DB, Apache/OHS Web Servers
• JVM tuning, performance optimization, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of SSL, load balancing, and reverse proxy setups
• Experience in scripting (WLST, Shell, Python)

Good to Have

• Experience with Oracle SOA Suite / Fusion Middleware
• Exposure to Oracle Identity Management (OAM, OIM, OID)
• Banking or large enterprise environment experience
• DevOps & automation exposure
• Middleware certifications
