Oracle VBCS Developer

We are looking for an experienced Oracle VBCS/VBS Developer with 58 years of overall experience and hands-on expertise in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) / Visual Builder Studio (VBS).

The candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions, including UI/UX implementation, secure deployments, integration development, and production support for Oracle Fusion and custom Oracle PaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Redwood-compliant UI screens using Oracle VBCS/VBS.
• Build responsive and reusable UI components aligned with Oracle standards.
• Integrate applications with Oracle Fusion and Oracle Cloud services using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Implement and manage client-side and server-side logic using JavaScript / TypeScript and PL/SQL.
• Handle end-to-end development lifecycle including development, deployment, and production support.
• Ensure high-quality delivery through code reviews, unit testing, and functional testing.
• Work on performance tuning and ensure scalability of VBCS applications.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows for smooth deployment.
• Prepare technical documentation, functional documentation, and deployment guides.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and provide timely fixes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams for requirement gathering and solution delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle VBCS / Oracle VBS Development
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion APIs and integration methods
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle services
• Strong programming knowledge in JavaScript / TypeScript
• Good experience in PL/SQL
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP Web Services
• Understanding of DevOps / CI-CD workflows and secure deployment practices
• Strong knowledge of UI responsiveness, UX best practices, and Redwood design
• Experience with unit testing and debugging
• Strong documentation skills
