Reporting expertise: OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts

Fast formulas, scripts, and complex personalizations

Application Process Flow design

Experience across Core HR, Absence, OTL, Compensation, Talent modules

Strong ETL, data conversion, troubleshooting and cutover support

2+ endtoend HCM technical implementations

Ability to design scalable technical solutions

Create and maintain technical documentation

Strong clientfacing and crossteam collaboration

Raise and manage Oracle SRs

Strong analytical, problemsolving and communication skills

Willing to work in shifts
