Job Description

Participate in end-to-end ORMB E3 implementation, upgrade, or support projects.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

Configure and customize Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB E3) modules.

Design and develop billing, rating, invoicing, and revenue management processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration with upstream and downstream applications.

Develop and maintain business rules, algorithms, and batch processes.

Perform data migration, data validation, and reconciliation activities.

Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support UAT.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.

Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
