Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Oracle ERP and Cloud engagements, including E-Business Suite, Fusion Cloud (SCM, HCM, CX, CPQ), OIC, OM, Finance, and B2B. The ideal candidate will ensure successful delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality parameters while driving innovation and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Governance
- Manage Oracle ERP and Cloud projects end-to-end, ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Oversee incident, service request, problem, and change management for AMS engagements.
- Drive automation, continuous improvement, and KPI compliance across the delivery portfolio.
- Track and report key delivery metrics: SLAs, CSAT, financials, and resource utilization.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the single point of contact for client delivery and escalation management.
- Conduct governance meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly) with client stakeholders.
- Understand business priorities and translate them into actionable delivery outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with Oracle and internal cross-functional teams.
Team Leadership
- Mentor team members and ensure effective knowledge management and succession planning.
- Coordinate with PMO, QA, and CoE teams to ensure compliance with delivery standards.
Financial & Contract Management
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability for assigned engagements.
- Ensure contract adherence, resource planning, invoicing, and renewals.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, change requests, and AMS expansion.
Transformation & Innovation
- Drive cloud adoption, Oracle SaaS modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Leverage Oracle Cloud tools (OIC, Visual Builder, Analytics) for process optimization.
- Promote best practices in automation, observability, and DevOps for Oracle environments.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years in Oracle Project Management or large-scale Oracle implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud and E-Business Suite modules: Finance, SCM, OM, CPQ, B2B, OIC integration.
- Experience managing AMS or multi-tower Oracle engagements with distributed teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Exposure to Agile and DevOps delivery models is an advantage.
- Certifications preferred: PMP, ITIL, Oracle Cloud.
