Oracle Program / Delivery Manager - Immediate Joiner only

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Program / Delivery Manager to lead large-scale Oracle transformation programs and manage multiple workstreams across delivery, governance, client engagement, and execution. This role requires a strong leader who can drive complex Oracle implementations from planning through go-live, while ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing Oracle-based programs across ERP, EPM, HCM, or related enterprise platforms and will be confident working with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and global delivery models.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle programs across ERP, EPM, HCM, or related enterprise solutions
• Manage multiple project streams, plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and delivery milestones
• Establish and govern delivery frameworks, reporting structures, and program controls
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and drive mitigation and resolution plans
• Provide program-level reporting, governance updates, and executive communication
• Coordinate internal teams including functional, technical, testing, support, and change teams
• Ensure delivery quality, business alignment, and successful go-live outcomes
• Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure strong collaboration between client and delivery teams
• Support planning, prioritisation, escalation management, and decision-making across the program
• Ensure post-go-live transition, stabilization, and knowledge transfer are effectively managed

• Significant experience in Oracle implementation delivery and program management
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud and/or On-Premise solutions
• Proven track record of managing large and complex transformation programs
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience in handling governance, RAID management, delivery reviews, and executive reporting
• Ability to manage cross-functional and multi-location teams effectively
• Strong problem-solving and escalation management skills

• Experience across Oracle ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, or related enterprise systems
• Experience in global delivery or onsite-offshore models
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred
