About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL with ETL Engineer to support and deliver enterprise-grade supply chain planning solutions for retail-focused clients. This role involves designing, implementing, migrating, and enhancing data-driven solutions using Oracle, MySQL, Snowflake, ETL technologies, Python, and Azure. The position requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development experience, and deep understanding of retail and supply chain domains.

What You'll Do:

• Design, lead, and deliver technical solutions for implementation, migration, enhancement, and integration of Blue Yonder SCPO and Cognitive Planning products
• Perform solution analysis, architecture design, development, technical support, and user training
• Lead and collaborate with technical teams across multiple full-cycle implementations
• Work on data integration and transformation using ETL frameworks and PL/SQL
• Develop and optimize database solutions using Oracle, MySQL, Snowflake, MS SQL, and SQL/PL SQL
• Support cloud-based and on-prem enterprise deployments, primarily on Azure
• Apply microservices architecture concepts in solution design and integration
• Develop scripts and components using Python and Perl where required
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide clear technical documentation and presentations
• Support reporting and analytics using tools such as PowerBI or Cognos
• Explore and adopt emerging technologies including GenAI, AI/ML, and data analytics

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL and ETL development
• Experience with Oracle, MySQL, Snowflake, ETL, Python, and Azure
• Solid understanding of retail domain (mandatory)
• Experience with database technologies: Snowflake, Oracle, MS SQL, SQL/PL SQL
• Strong programming, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in cloud or on-prem enterprise solution deployment
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
• Ability to lead technically and work independently across multiple projects
• Good to Have:
• Supply chain product experience (to be covered during training if required)
• Experience with Blue Yonder SCPO or similar supply chain planning platforms
• Knowledge of Windows and Unix operating systems
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Exposure to DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as GenAI, AI/ML, and advanced data analytics
